Do you provide International delivery?

 

We are happy to announce that we now offer international shipping. We are so looking forward to connecting with the rest of the world and can't wait to welcome you to the Rico Hombre family. 

 

What is your return policy?

 

  • All orders must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the order. 

  • The items must be unworn/unwashed.

  • Items must have tags still attached. 

  • We do not include the option to exchange within our policy.

  • Delivery costs will not be refunded. 

  • All orders must have order number attached. 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number within your email confirming your order status. This will allow you to click the tracking order, redirecting you to your courier's website. The tracking details will be provided. 

Please note all orders will require a signature upon delivery to ensure our customers have received their purchase. 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

As above, your couriers details will be provided within your email regarding your order status. 

 

What are your delivery options?

Standard shipping only - 3-5 working days.  
Please note - Due to high demands, we may have some products not in stock and the system just has updated the website quick enough. If this issue occurs on your order please be patient with us and we will keep you updated.
